In most cases our plants are set up “in the middle of nowhere“ and have to be operated without any direct service, even though high availability is required.

Our remote monitoring centre in our company’s headquarters, situated in Harburg-Ebermergen, is permanently connected with all our plants. In case of irregularities or dysfunctions, the operation coordinator in charge is informed and will take the required measures.

If necessary, the remote monitoring system enables us to re-programme the control system and the remote control of the plants.

The relevant operating data can be displayed, recorded or stored. They are used to document the operation of the plant for the client and to facilitate the coordination of the supply of operating materials and our maintenance service.

Our remote transmission system ensures a high availability of our plants while keeping low the expenditures for monitoring, personnel and travel.

Thus it makes a considerable contribution to the economical operation of our plants.
